Agreement

Payment of $735 covers retreat program, special Saturday night sound meditation event, pontoon ride on arrival, gifts from Peace of Mind, lodging in shared cottages & all meals. Payment is due in full with this form. Retreat space is limited, so please pay promptly to confirm and hold your space. All confirmations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellation policy: In the event that RDC or Peace Of Mind needs to cancel the retreat, all payments will be fully refunded to registrants. Registrant cancellations are subject to a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. When registrant cancels 30 days or less prior to the event, lodging, meals and retreat costs cannot be refunded. RDC cost is paid 2 months prior to event. If registrant cancels they are requested to do all they can to find a replacement. If they can, their payment minus cancelation fee ($100) will be refunded. Cancellations must be confirmed by phone and email to receive refund.
