Yoga for Peace of Mind

Exploring pathways to feel sensation, to observe and experience our breath, to move our bodies, to release the busyness of the mind; all support landing at a place of stillness where the body and being are truly nourished and connected.  From this place we can move towards the rest of Yoga.

“yogas chitta vritti nirodha”

(Patanjali sutra 1.2)

Leslie shares yoga weekly at the BH Barn in Center Harbor, NH., as an invited guest teacher at studios and retreats, and during retreats and trainings Leslie leads.

Leslie’s playful and full walk in life brings her to offering “yoga where you are”.  That may be on a mountain trail, while snowshoeing through the fields or along an ocean shoreline.  It may well also be, in your kitchen, or the hallway at work, or perhaps while waiting in line at the check-out.  Leslie also incorporates yoga concepts and asana into her session on the massage table.  Stepping out of the manufactured image of what yoga is, means we can take it off the mat or chair and bring it to all the layers and pieces of the lives we are living.

Leslie can also be found sharing the floor with Katie O’Connell as they offer and hold a delicous container for Restorative Yoga & Reiki classes.
